A bottle of premium Pinot Noir wine (Red Wine) is the best gift I could think of receiving from my friends on my birthday, hahaha, jokes apart. Even though most of us are well aware that excessive consumption of alcohol can lead to many serious health issues, but on the brighter side drinking red wine in moderation (max 1 std drink for women, and 2 standard drinks for men per day), has some interesting perks to it. In my view here are the top 5 benefits of drinking red wine in moderation.
